halley lecture: tues 3rd dec 2019

We will welcome Dr Joe Brierley, from Great Ormond Street Hospital on Tuesday 3rd December at 7.30pm to give our 7th annual Halley Lecture on "Ethics in a Modern Children's Hospital"

As featured in the recent BBC documentary The Conjoined Twins: An Impossible Decision, Dr Brierley is also the GOSH Clinical Lead for organ donation, works as a Consultant with the Children’s Acute Transport Service (CATS) and is Chair of the Local Research Ethics Committee and Vice-Chair of the GOSH Clinical Ethics Committee. 

Alongside this, Dr Brierley is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University College London (UCL) Great Ormond Street Institute Child Health.
