What is Iona Prayers? Led by members of the congregation at St Margaret's, it is inspired by the Iona Community. We meet to support each other and the local community, through friendship and prayer. We use the Iona Community's Wee Worship Book as a framework for our prayers.  Here's a bit about the Iona Community:

"The Iona Community is a dispersed Christian ecumenical community working for peace and social justice, rebuilding of community and the renewal of worship. We are a community of people from different walks of life and different traditions in the Church engaged together, and with people of goodwill across the world, in acting, reflecting and praying for justice, peace and the integrity of creation. We are convinced that the inclusive community we seek must be embodied in the community we practise."
